Tyvek® HomeWrap® is a weatherization membrane that provides a protective layer under the shed’s siding and over the sheathing. It is literally wrapped around the shed over the wood sheathing, cut out around windows and doors and taped at the seams.

CDX Plywood is one of the most economical grades of plywood, due mostly to the fact that it is left rough on both sides. The C and the D are meant to describe the two sides of the sheet.. CDX comes in pine and fir. CDX is used as sheathing for our sheds. Sheathing is the layer of wood that is applied to the studs and framing of the shed for the walls and roof and flooring.

Felt Paper also called builder's felt or felt paper, asphalt-saturated felt has been covering roofs for more than 50 years. The felt is made of a paper base that is impregnated or saturated with asphalt to make it more resistant to the elements. Some papers are actually coated in asphalt, while others are truly saturated. Roofing paper or felt is rolled across a roof deck and stapled or nailed in place.

Pressure-treated wood is truly a "wood for all seasons"... a rugged exterior building product that's rot and insect resistant. Pressure treating is a process that forces a chemical preservative deep into the wood.

Douglas Fir Framing is the choice of discerning builders due to its high quality fiber strength , durability and longevity. It is the best choice for all framing needs of our sheds.
