Install shed on proper foundation : concrete footers/ concrete pad. Do NOT install in direct contact with ground.

Ensure that installation location is on solid, level ground

Treat siding of shed with recommended primer and paint of siding material being used.

Clean metal sheds twice yearly to remove moss / dirt / debris.

Paint wood exterior every other year.

Keep door(s) shut when not in use

Keep roof clear of branches and moss

Lubricate hinges yearly
